We want to organize ourselves in the most transparent and ethical way we can under capitalism. For us this means centering consent and organizational transparency, and honoring the emotional and physical lives of each other.
We believe clearly articulating how we are structuring our organization in our bylaws is a big part of this. We want to share this with our readership so folks can see how we are trying to relate to each other in this organization.
